We want all our customers to be happy so will make every effort to sort out issues.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. We have a physical store which shares the stock inventory so if an item in our physical store is purchased and sold the same time an order for the item online is processed then the online item will not be available. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.
Returns
- We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition for an exchange or credit. We do not provide refunds on change of mind purchases
- Please send your returns back within 7 days of receiving your order. The costs of return are at the expense of the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase. When the item has been received it will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or we can apply the credit to a gift voucher for you. Whirlwind Designs will contact you to confirm this. If there are signs that the item is not up to saleable quality, we reserve the right to refuse the return and will communicate with you around that.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend sending returns back with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail.
Faulty Items
- We take special care to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering to you.
- In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received in unacceptable condition we will of course replace the item at our cost.
- Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
- Returns of faulty items must be returned promptly. Please email us so we can know to keep a replacement item aside for you.
