Our man is a sturdy and dependable type of guy. The design was inspired by the regiments of commuters, with a nod to Magritte and China's Buried Army.
How it is made
- After Nick carved the figure, the body was cast in aluminium here in Aotearoa.The umbrella is made from folded stainless steel and will spin in the breeze.
- We have been hand crafting our wind sculptures for over 25 years and know they stand the test of time – even here in Wellington! If you need any revamps to your wind sculpture just let us know and we can assess.
How to display
- To keep him steady you can attach him to any horizontal surface with the screws we provide. He will stand strong in all types of wind conditions and can be used on a patio table or even as an interior sculpture.
- He stands 40cms tall.
